PURPOSE: A method for preventing oxidation of silver ions and sterilizing textile using the same are provided to offer superior cohesive property by improving commercial availability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing sterilizing textile with an silver ion oxidation preventing method comprises the following steps of: cooling the heat generated by an exothermic reaction of a supporter to 30°C or less; mixing a metallic ion sequestering agent of 0.1 ~ 1 weight% and binder resin of 10 ~35 weight%; and supporting silver-ion components on the support. The silver-ion containing compounds of 0.5 ~ 5 weight% are supported on the support.
