Summary:PURPOSE: A personal emergency locator transmitter is provided to enable a user who needs a rescue to use the person emergency locator transmitter in anyplace in the word. CONSTITUTION: A personal emergency locator transmitter includes a regulator(10), a battery discharge display unit(20), an emergency switch(SW), a standby alarming unit(30), a shock detecting sensor(40) and an emergency discriminating unit(50). The regulator converts a battery power into DC power, and the battery discharge display unit includes a switching device for checking discharge. The emergency switch outputs an operation initializing signal when being turned on/off, and supplies battery power to the regulator. The standby alarming unit includes a standby switching device.
