Summary:PURPOSE: A method for controlling an operation of a linear vibration motor is provided to effectively use a current flowing in a wire and reduce a current amount flowing in a diode, thereby using a cheap component with a small rating. CONSTITUTION: A linear vibration motor includes a stator(2), a vibrator(4), and a controller. The stator is made of an electromagnet or a permanent magnet(3). The vibrator has a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. The controller controls a driving current in a wire of an electromagnet. The linear vibration motor reciprocates and vibrates the vibrator about the stator.
