Summary:PURPOSE: A semiconductor module handling system capable of composing the efficient equipment is provided to automate the handling task of the semiconductor module in narrow space. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor module handling system includes a rotator(10), a rotation driving device(12), an insertion unit(100) and an extracting unit(200). The rotator rotates a first rotation angle and a second rotation angle around a rotation axis(11). The insertion unit is installed at a location which the socket is corresponded. The insertion unit inserts the semiconductor module into a socket. The extraction unit installs in the location in which the second rotation angle of a rotator correspond to the time simultaneous socket. The extraction unit takes out the semiconductor module from a socket.
