Summary:A hollow drill for maxillary sinus lift is provided, in which boring efficiency of maxilla is excellent while not damaging maxillary sinus tunica intima. A hollow drill for maxillary sinus lift comprises: a cylindrical cutting part(10) in which a hollow is formed; a stopper in which a hollow is formed in the circumference of the cutting part to make attaching/detaching possible; a stopper supporting part(20) prepared in one side end of the cutting part; and a shank part(30) prepared in the stopper supporting part. The cutting part comprises a cutting edge(11), and a cut material outlet(14) which is formed to communicate with the outside.
