Summary:A bandwidth allocation request system and a method thereof capable of efficiently allocating bandwidth are provided to achieve effect that the bandwidth of the mobile terminal is equally allocated and include a bandwidth request information transmission opportunity. A bandwidth allocation request system includes a mobile terminal(100) and a base station(300). The mobile terminal succeeds in the bandwidth allocation from the first pass frame next succeeding in the bandwidth allocation after the first pass frame. The assignment failure collection is the number of frame which previously fails in the bandwidth allocation about the bandwidth allocation request. The bandwidth allocation information including the total mobile terminal number connected to the number and base station of the request slot included in one frame. The bandwidth allocation request is transmitted after the frame of the atmosphere frame count to the base station. The bandwidth allocation information is provided to the base station to the mobile terminal. The bandwidth allocation request is received. The predetermined slot is assigned to the mobile terminal about the bandwidth allocation request.
