Summary: | A plasma display panel positioned of phosphors layers having the same zeta potential each other is provided to obtain uniform discharge characteristic by arranging the fluorescent material layers having the same zeta potential as a plurality of discharge cells. The front panel(210) comprises the first substrate(211), the scanning electrode(212) which is arranged in the first substrate, the electrode pair of the sustaining electrode, first dielectric layer(215) covering the protective film(216) and the protective layer(213). The back-panel(220) comprises the second substrate(221), a plurality of address electrode(222), the second dielectric layer covering address electrodes, the partition(224). The partition divides the discharge space between the second substrate and the first substrate. The fluorescent material layer(225) is arranged inside the discharge cell. |
