Location information about a particular target selected from video information is confirmed(S1-S3). The location information about the specific target and the location information of the user are combined and the routing information is calculated(S4-S6). The routing information is transmitted to a portable terminal or an e-mail(S7,S8). The routing information is calculated by using map data stored in a storage. The routing information is stored in the storage. The routing information is downloaded to one of a memory card, a USB apparatus and a navigation device.
