Summary:A work flow management system is provided to facilitate processing about drafting, examination and analysis of a case. An operation processing unit(12) performs operation processing of information read from a memory unit and information inputted from an I/O port(14) or a CCU(Communication Control Unit)(15). The operation processing unit notifies a signature person terminal of application information received from an agent terminal as a notification unit(12A). The operation processing unit receives result information which is an examination result from the signature person terminal. The operation processing unit transmits the result information to the agent terminal.
