A porous oil impregnated metal bond diamond grinding wheel comprises a diamond particle(1), a secondary particle(2), a metal binder(4), and a glass quality particle(3). The concentration of the diamond particle is 20%~40%(Vol). The Ba2Co3 particle of the porous is contained as the secondary particle with 10%~30%(Vol). The metal binder contains 20%~50%(Vol) of metal amount selected from Cu, Fe, Ni, W, Co, Sn, Ag.
