The abrasive layer adheres to the side(42) of the peripheral part of the shank(41). The porous CaCo 3 is added as the material comprising the abrasive layer as a filler. The compressive strength of the porous CaCo 3 is 40~49MPa range. The particle diameter of the porous CaCo 3 is 5~15 mumm. The content of the porous CaCo 3 is 20~40% of the abrasive layer. The lubricating oil is dipped.
