Summary:A turnover device using a balance and a turning roller is provided to increase the availability of the space since the space is not very much occupied and to operate the turnover device with less driving power. A turnover device using a balance and a turning roller comprises a frame(110), a plurality of turning rollers(120), and a moving cart(130). A space for inserting a large construction is formed at the center of a frame. The frame includes a pair of fixing cones and a pair of chucking cylinders. A pair of fixing cones is inserted into a hollow unit of the large construction in order to fix the large construction. A pair of chucking cylinders is connected to each fixing cones in order to move the fixing cones. The turning roller rotates while being connected with a drive motor(121). The turning roller rotates the frame in order to turn the large construction fixed to the frame over. The moving cart injects the large construction in the space of the frame.
