Summary:A construction material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve profitability and workability by performing small productions of various items and smoothly processing the outer surface through a vacuum extrusion method. A manufacturing method thereof comprises following steps. A main body(10) is prepared by cutting a sheet in an optimal size(S100). A printing portion(20) is formed on one side of the main body and a spare construction material(P) is formed(S102). A mold for molding the spare construction material is formed. The mold is mounted at a vacuum forming device and a molding process is prepared. The spare construction material is arranged at the mold mounted on the vacuum forming device. The spare construction material is heated with a heater of the vacuum forming device. The spare construction material is contacted to the mold and the construction material is formed. The construction material and the mold are separated. The construction material is utterly separated from the mold. The construction material is trimmed, grinded, cut, final-processed and inspected.
