A pre-cooling system for agricultural products is provided to wash, pre-heat and dehydrate the large amount of agricultural products placed in a carrying box and to prevent cooling water from being easily contaminated by impurities in a cooling process, thereby improving the cooling efficiency of the agricultural products. A pre-cooling system for agricultural products comprises a washing stage(A), a cooling stage(B) and a dehydrating stage(C). Chain gears(36)(38) are installed on an inlet and outlet of a body and circulating chains(40)(42) are arranged in between. A cooling tank(32) consisting of inclined plates(28)(30) and a bottom plate(26) is arranged on the both sides of the cooling stage. A transfer roller(18) is located on both the washing stage and dehydrating stage. The washing, cooling and dehydrating stage have each washing water jet nozzle(20), cooling water sprinkler pipe(34) and air blowing hood(72). A plurality of carrying box transfer rods are arranged in between the chains in the width direction of the body.
