Summary:A battery pack is provided to ensure high dimension precision and mechanical strength, to secure high battery capacity, and to realize small size and light weight. A battery pack is equipped with a battery in which a battery element(10) formed by winding and laminating a positive electrode and a negative electrode interposed with a separator is wrapped by pakcing materials; a protective circuit board(32) of a battery; and an exterior material(18) coated with the battery and protecting circuit board. The exterior material comprises a shape-holding polymer containing an insulating curable polyurethane resin having polyol and polyisocyanate.
