Summary:Provided is an underwater float facilitating mounting and exchange of a weight member or a tidal water-receiving member according to strength and weakness of a tidal water flow under the water surface or according to areas of receiving the tidal water. An underwater float for fishing comprises a central shaft member(20), a weight member(30), and a tidal water-receiving member(40). The central shaft member extends in the longitudinal direction, has a conical catching fixing part formed on a left end thereof, and has a penetration hole formed therein such that a line(3) passes through the penetration hole in the longitudinal direction. The weight member has a longitudinal cutout groove formed in the outer side thereof such that the line freely enters or leaves the cutout groove, and has a penetration hole formed therein such that the central shaft member is longitudinally inserted into the penetration hole. The left end of the weight member is fixedly caught on the catching fixing part according as the central shaft member is longitudinally inserted into the weight member. The tidal water-receiving member has a longitudinal cutout groove formed in the outer side thereof such that the line freely enters or leaves the cutout groove, and has a penetration hole formed therein such that the central shaft member is longitudinally inserted into the penetration hole.
