Summary: | A method for manufacturing an electrode junction type secondary battery is provided to improve safety by using no plasticizer having the toxicity and to reduce the manufacturing time. A method for manufacturing an electrode junction type secondary battery comprises the steps of making a solid plus electrode(1); making a solid minus electrode(2); pasting a mixture solution comprising an adhesive (polymer), a filler, and a solvent of acetone and NMP (N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone) having different boiling point on the front and back surfaces of a polyethylene thin film or a polypropylene thin film to form a separator membrane(3); and cutting the solid plus electrode, the solid minus electrode and the separator membrane by the predetermined size, inserting the separator membrane between the solid plus electrode and the solid minus electrode, pressing it for junction, and drying it with hot wind to make a bicell(4), wherein the solvents having different boiling point is used to dissolve the adhesive, acetone having a low boiling point is volatilized, and NMP having a high boiling point is used to maintain the solidified shape of the separator membrane. |
