A liquid crystal display device and a liquid crystal composition included in the same are provided to increase the aperture ratio by removing the storage wiring. A liquid crystal composition is interposed between the first display plate and the second display plate. The first and second gate lines(22a_1,22a_2) are arranged in the first display plate. The first sub-pixel electrode(82a_1) is arranged in the first display plate, and is connected with the first gate line through the first switching element. The second sub-pixel electrode(82a_2) is arranged in the first display plate, and is connected with the first gate line through the second switching element. A control switching element is electrically connected to the second sub-pixel electrode. The first control electrode(83a) is connected to the control switching element. The second control electrode(29a) forms a control capacitor.
