Summary:A method for manufacturing an inosine using a novel gene isolated from a Corynebacterium sp. microorganism is provided to directly accumulate the inosine with high concentration and produce the inosine with high concentration and high yield. A gene derived from a Corynebacterium ammoniagenes has a sequence of the sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1). A recombinant vector is made by inserting the gene of the sequence number 1 into pHC131T vector. The transformed Corynebacterium sp. microorganism has inosine productivity which gene expression is improved. The Corynebacterium sp. microorganism is Corynebacterium ammoniagenes CN 04-0094 (KCCM-10906). The inosine is produced by culturing the Corynebacterium ammoniagenes CN 04-0094 (KCCM-10906) and isolating the inosine from medium.
