Summary:A mold assembly is provided to remove the need of runner removal process by automatically cutting the runner connected to a product while electing the product. A mold assembly comprises a first template which is installed fixed on a fixed plate installed on a fixed part of a molding machine, a second template(20) which is mounted on a movable plate installed on a movable part and selectively makes contact with the first template, slide cores(30) including a seating groove and a core flow path, and a runner block(22) which is seated on the seating groove when the slide cores make contact and has a runner flow path(23) connected to the core flow path. The slide core moves in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the first and second templates to form a cavity corresponding to the product shape.
