Summary:A thermal transfer substrate and a manufacturing method of an organic light emitting diode display device using the same are provided to form an organic pattern on a substrate to be transferred without use of a shadow mask or a separate photo process. A thermal transfer substrate includes a heating member(110), a heat emitting member(120), a protecting layer(140), and an organic layer(150). The heating member is arranged on a base substrate(100). The heating member includes a first electrode(111), a second electrode(113), and a heating layer(112). The first electrode and the second electrode are separated each other. The heating layer is electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode. The heating layer is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The heat emitting member is arranged in an outer side of the heating member. The organic layer is arranged on the heating member. The organic layer is transferred to a substrate to be transferred by generation of heat of the heating member. The protecting layer is formed between the heating member and the organic layer.
