Summary:A work on the site person apparatus and a method thereof for distributing a task to different operators and effectively utilizing the work on site manpower are provided to reduce the number of managers by automatically allocating the work on the site person for the installation/maintenance of a subscriber network. An optimum worker searching unit(110) requests a search about an operator fitting for work information. A work time prediction unit transmits expected working time to a schedule managing unit(120). A movement time prediction unit calculates a predicted necessary time. A worker list according to the working zone in which the schedule manager is chosen is searched. The schedule manager searches the service-suitable worker information based on the searched operator list. The schedule manager estimates the information about the operator finishing task within the most short time.
