A reactor for a fuel cell is provided to insert and separate a catalyst structure into a reactor, to improve catalyst performance and reaction speed due to broad catalyst reaction area, and increase reaction efficiency of the whole reactor. A reactor(40) for a fuel cell includes a reactor main body(41) consisting of a space part(42) which is formed therein and has a receiving space, a gas inlet which flows in gas to a space part, a gas outlet(44) which flows out the gas from the space part, and a mouth part for a stopper; a 3D mesh-shaped catalyst structure(47) which is a cartridge type capable of insertion and separation, and is inserted into the space part through a stopper inlet; and a stopper blocking the stopper inlet from the outside.
