Summary: | An inorganic complex powder which is coated with a silica solid lipid layer is provided to continuously contain drug and improve the function of controlled release. A complex contains plate shape inorganic material and silica solid lipid layer. The silica solid lipid layer is coated on the inorganic material. The silica solid lipid layer is formed through silicification of hydrophilic head domain in phospholipid. The inorganic material is talc or sericite. A method for manufacturing the complex comprises: a step (a) of chelating the organic material with bivalent metal; a step (b) of coating lipid component on the chelated inorganic material; and a step (c) of forming the silicate coating on the lipid-coated organic material. A drug delivery system contains the drug using the complex. |
