A pulverizer for a recycling system comprises the followings: a main body(413) having an inlet(411) and an outlet; a rotary shaft(419) combined inside the main body; a rotary knife(415) having a plurality of stirring blades(416); a pulverizing blade(417) screwed up on an end part of the stirring blades; a fixed blade located in predetermined distance with a rotation radius of the stirring blades; a screen bar processing crushed materials; and a screen discharging the crushed materials of which size is smaller than predetermined size.
