Summary: | A robust and low-current consuming digital water metering device is provided to reduce the power use amount of a photo-interrupter by emitting infrared ray beam in the only case which a switch operates. A robust and low-current consuming digital water metering device is composed of a lead switch(100) which transmits an output value if a permanent magnet(310) comes close, and a photo-interrupter(200) which transmits an output value if the infrared ray beam is passed in a slot(320). The permanent magnet and the slot are combined to a rotating plate(300) of a water meter(400). The slot is in the position in which photo-interrupter is operated if the lead switch and the permanent magnet come close. |
