Summary:A removal structure for foreign material of the fuel pump is provided to remove the foreign material adhered to a pre-filter as the opening/closing device controls opening and shutting of the check valve according to the flow rate of the reservoir cup inside. A removal structure for foreign material of the fuel pump comprises a reservoir cup(10) in which a fuel inlet(11) in which the fuel of a fuel tank(70) inside is flowed is equipped, a check valve(20) which is installed at the fuel inlet of the reservoir cup inside, a pre-filter(30) which prevents that the foreign material included in the fuel of the fuel tank is flowed in into the inside of the reservoir cup, and an opening and closing device(40) which opens and closes the check valve according to the fuel flux of the reservoir cup inside.
