Summary:A driving device of a plasma display panel is provided to reduce a heat generation of a scan IC and a noise of a driving signal by reducing the number of signals for controlling the scan IC(Integrated Circuit). A scan driving circuit includes an energy recovery part(110), a sustain driving part(120), a reset driving part(130), and a scan IC(140). The sustain driving part includes a sustain voltage power(Vsus), a sus-up switch(Sus-up), and a sus-down switch(Sus-dn). The energy recovery part includes a source capacitor(Cs), an energy supply switch(ER-up), and an energy recovery switch(ER-dn). The reset driving part includes a set up switch(Set-up), a set down switch(Set-dn), and a pass switch(Pass-sw). The scan IC includes a scan up switch(Q1) and a scan down switch(Q2).
