The rotational plate(10) rotates by the power of the driving source. The plate(16) is isolated with certain distance in the front side of the rotational plate. The slider(26) is positioned at the four edges of the plate. The slider moves along the operation of the lever(18). The holder(32) is positioned at the four edges of the plate. The holder is jointed and fixed by slider and bolt(28) and moves along the operation of slider. The guide field ball(30) guides the movement of the holder and slider.
