Summary: | Provided is a method for manufacturing metal nanoparticles having a rod shape by mixing primary amine or secondary amine in a proper mixing rate without any additional apparatuses. A method for manufacturing metal nanoparticles having a rod shape comprises the following steps of: heating a mixture of amine compounds containing primary or secondary amine, a metal precursor and a non-polar solvent up to a temperature of 60-300°C to prepare metal oxide nanoparticle intermediate having rod shapes; adding capping molecule and reducing agents to the mixture and heating the mixture to the temperature of 90-150°C to produce metal nanoparticles; and separating the metal nanoparticles. The metal precursor represents a copper precursor. |
