Summary:A photopolymerizable composition is provided to ensure high light shielding property in a film, excellent photosensitivity and resolution, thereby forming a resin black matrix (BM) with low cost and high quality. A photopolymerizable composition comprises (a) a black color material, (b) an organic binder, (c) a photopolymerizable initiator and (d) a photopolymerizable monomer, in which (b) is an epoxy acrylate resin having carboxylic group and (c) is a specific urethane compound represented by the formula (6).
