Summary: | A hydrofluoric acid treatment apparatus is provided to increase pH values of wastewater in a pH adjusting unit in order to improve efficiency of treating the wastewater. A hydrofluoric acid treatment apparatus(100) comprises a pH adjusting unit(10), a fourth route(P4), a reaction tank(11B), and a separation tank(11C). The pH adjusting unit is equipped with a processing tank(11A), a first route(P1), a second route(P2), and a third route(P3). The first and second routes are connected to the processing tank. The third route installed in the processing tank is circulated. When wastewater is inputted in the processing tank through the first route, the pH adjusting unit inputs alkaline chemicals in the processing tank in advance to produce a first water to be treated(12A) which has greater pH value than the wastewater. |
