A system and a method for providing a medical service using tiled display and a hand tracker is provided to perform a cooperative diagnosis for doctors by sharing a patient medical information on a tiled display device of a hospital with a terminal of another doctors in a remote site. A controller provides a gateway information in which a terminal of a corresponding remote site connects with a remote conference process to a terminal of a remote site, and a network connection is completed(601). The controller transmits a medical image information indicated on a tiled display device with a terminal of a remote site with an unicasting mode or a multicasting mode(602). A cooperative diagnosis for a corresponding patient is started by sharing the same medical image information displayed on the tiled display device with a terminal of another doctor in a remote site(603). The controller hands over a screen control right of the tiled display device to the terminal in the remote site according to a request for control right from the remote site(604). A doctor in a hospital receives a consultation about the corresponding patient through the medical image information in which screen is controlled on the tiled display device with the other doctor in the remote site(605).
