Summary:A tension control device of a pickling facility is provided to prevent a scratch on a lower part of a strip by controlling tension of the strip and moving a tail unit of the strip when the tail unit is welded in a process. A tension control device of a pickling facility comprises the followings: a base plate(110) installed on a facility line between a seam welder and a string roll; an interval control plate(120) installed on the base plate and moved to top and bottom from an upper part of the strip; a lifting unit(130) lifting a bottom surface of the strip according to movement of the interval control plate and installed on a lower part of the strip.
