A hand pump ink refill device comprises: an ink reservoir(30) in which ink is filled inside; a body(10) in which a cartridge(40) and the ink reservoir are connected in both sides; a pump unit(20) formed on the top of the body; and a support unit(50) supporting the body. The pump unit transfers the ink of the ink reservoir to the cartridge with compressed air.
