Summary:A calm which the search of the agent service is possible through the web, an agent system using the calm and an operation method of the agent system are provided to contact a client to the CALM-based DF(Directory Facilitator) through the web server. A communication module(121) attempts connection with the web client and the application of web-based DF(120). A registry(125) stores the agent service. A service search module(123) searches the service required by the web client from the registry. If the service required by the web client does not exist, the service search module searches the agent service required by the web client among agent services stored in a knowledge base(119), and stores the searched agent service in the registry. The web-based DB has a calling module(124). The calling module provides the agent service searched by the service search module to the web client through the communication module.
