Summary:Fat-reduced creamer and its manufacturing method are provided to lower fat content by replacing a part of vegetable oil contained in creamer and to improve whiteness and tastes. Fat-reduced creamer contains a protein-based fat substitute and a carbonhydrate-based fat substitute, replacing 20-80% of vegetable oil content. The fat-reduced creamer comprises vegetable oil 10-25 weight%, protein-based fat substitute 3-10 weight%, carbonhydrate-based fat substitute 5-20 weight% and the other compositional component.
