Summary:A direct load control auction server and an auction method for paying compensation considering the discrimination of a bidder are provided to operate direct load control program through the effective compensation payment considering the discrimination of bidder. The operation notice of the direct load control is received the direct load control auction server from the company server(S401). The bidding application receipt is received through the bidder terminal(S402). The advance verification of the bidder which receipt receives is performed the direct load control auction server(S403). The direct load control auction server starts the direct load control auction(S404). The direct load control auction server uses the bidding information. The successful bidder and final contract price are determined(S406). The electricity consumption of the successful bidders is reduced(S408). A refund corresponding to the successful bidder is provided for the direct load control auction server. The compensation payment signal is delivered to the company server(S409).
