An electric charge saving information server receives seasonal differential electricity charge information applied to the electricity user from the power company server(S101). The electric charge saving information server receives the time slot gradation electric charge information applied to the electricity user from the electricity company server(S102). The electric charge saving information server receives electric device information changing the electricity use time slot from the electricity user server(S103). The electric charge saving information server receives the time slot power use amount of user electrical machinery from the electricity user server to electrical machinery(S105). The on-line report best suited is provided to the electricity user(S107).
