Summary:A silane-grafted polyolefin resin compound for a midsole of shoes is provided to improve long-term physical properties according to the elapsed time, especially long-term permanent shrinkage property. A silane-grafted polyolefin resin compound for a midsole of shoes is manufactured by condensing polyolefin resin 100.0 parts by weight, unsaturated silane 0.5-5 parts by weight, radical initiator 0.01-0.5 parts by weight and silanol condensation catalyst 0.01-0.5 parts by weight. The polyolefin resin is at least one selected from polyethylene, ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer or ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA). The unsaturated silane is at least one selected from vinyltrimethoxysilane, vinylethoxysilane, vinyltributoxysilane or amino-silane.
