Summary:An integrated display module is provided to reduce changes of a system caused by aging of a third element in comparison to duration of a display product, and to cut down a display system cost. A substrate is equipped. Plural pixel circuits are provided, and wherein at least a portion of the plural pixel circuits is disposed on a first surface(320) of the substrate or is arrayed in matrix type as being integrated within the first surface. A control element(340) is disposed on a second surface(310) of the substrate, or is integrated within the second surface. Some of the plural pixel circuits are disposed on the substrate or are integrated within the substrate or arrayed in matrix type.
