A vascular calcification mouse model has one or more properties among the property: calcification generation in the main artery, the arteriae renales, or the pulmonary artery; increase in concentration of calcium among the blood and ALP(alkaline phosphatase); increase of activity of osteoclast in the bone; increase of expression of the type II collagen in the kidney; and increase of expression of type X collagen and osteocalcin in the kidney and lungs. |
