Summary: | The solar battery including chalcogenide compound thin film is provided to achieve the high efficiency by the existing process and to reduce the fabrication cost. The solar battery including chalcogenide compound thin film comprises the transparent conductivity oxide layer(TCO, 201) laminated on the transparent substrate(200) including the glass etc; the photoelectric transformation layer formed in the TCO. The photoelectric transformation layer comprises the chalcogenide compound. The p-n structure or the p-i-n structure is formed by doping the donor or the acceptor in the semiconductor region. The photoelectric transformation layer(202) of p-type or n-type is formed on the transparent conductivity oxide layer. |
