Summary:A qualitative assay method of high risk group genotype human papillomavirus(HPV) DNA is provided to improve the simplicity and sensitivity in detection for infection of 13 high risk group genotype HPVs through amplification of target DNA by using the primer and probe. The high risk group genotype human papillomavirus DNA is qualitatively assayed by using the oligonucleotide mixture having the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:26 as primer, and the oligonucleotide mixture having the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:14 to SEQ ID NO:26 as probe through the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay using peroxidase(POD) or the chemiluminescent assay using alkaline phosphatase(AP), wherein the genotype of HPV DNA is HPV-16, HPV-18, HPV-31, HPV-33, HPV-35, HPV-39, HPV-45, HPV-51, HPV-52, HPV-56, HPV-58, HPV-59 or HPV-68.
