Summary:A memory heater assembly is provided to install a memory heater in an aging test apparatus and a memory module between heater bodies, thereby improving power efficiency and preventing heat loss due to heat of other components. A memory heater assembly comprises a heater(300), a temperature sensor(240) and a heater body. Temperature is detected by a temperature sensor. A terminal is fixed to the heater body. And the heater and the temperature sensor are electrically connected in the terminal. A power line connected to heater and a signal line connected to the temperature sensor are connected in the terminal by the connector. Power is supplied or stopped by the power line or the signal line.
