An apparatus for vertically moving an automation device is provided to prevent damage of membranes within a cargo containment, improve adaptability of the automation device and increase productivity when transporting a heavy automation device to the working position. In an apparatus(2) for vertically moving an automation device using membrane toggle clamps(110) including jaws held to the intersecting point of membranes of a cargo containment, the apparatus comprises: a plurality of pipe connection parts(120) which are mounted on top parts of the membrane toggle clamps, and which have fastening handles and clip type body parts; a pair of guide pipes(130) of which both ends are joined with the pipe connection parts, and which are vertically arranged in parallel to each other; winch parts(140) attached to onto upper ends of the guide pipes using concerned membrane toggle clamps in the middle of parallel arrangement positions of the guide pipes; a plurality of lugs(160) formed on a top face of the automation device so as to be connected to wires extending from the winch parts; and pipe guide parts(170) which are formed at both sides of the automation device and equipped with a plurality of rollers so as to move along the guide pipes.
