Summary:A ventilation type manhole cover is provided to have commonality and a natural ventilation function at all times for various sized manholes, and to make ventilation possible by compulsive air ventilation when inspecting and repairing the inside of a manhole. A ventilation type manhole cover includes a cover housing(3) formed in the cylindrical shape and provided with a circular support flange(5) to the appointed width along the upper part of the outer circumference, a grating cover(11) formed in the circular shape and welded to the upper part of the inner circumference of the cover housing, and a ventilator(13) placed in the center of the inside of the cover housing and mounted to the inside of the grating cover, and operating a rotary vane forward or backward with the operation of a motor to make compulsive air ventilation to the inside or the outside of the manhole.
