A network operating or a service managing server manages an authentication service and to an information offer server of bilateral communicating. A plurality of media contents providing servers(A1~An) provides the additional media information about the broadcasting program or the item of the mass media through bilateral sound communicating or packet data communicating. A contents information database(B1~Bn) stores the additional media information about the broadcasting program or the item.
