Summary:A method and a device for displaying information are provided to easily offer help for various kinds of functions through a help window always displayed in a screen and enable a user to refer the help during execution of the function. An input unit(210) receives a command and a display unit(230) displays information. A storage unit(240) stores the information related to one or more location of the screen outputted in the display unit. A controller(220) obtains the information related to a second location from the storage unit and displays the obtained information in a popup window moved to the second location when the command for moving to the second location from a first location is received through the input unit.
