An apparatus for supporting clinical decision making using home health care data and medical treatment center medical information is provided to link data, transmitted through a home health network, with medical data managed in an exiting medical treatment center, thereby performing quick medical consultation and emergency measure. An input data administration unit(31) functions as a data interface with a measuring sensor through a data collection server, and processes verification of data. A decision rule management unit(32) registers a predetermined decision making support rule(decision rule), manages a current rule state and history, and supports a decision process based on the rule. An EMR (Electronic Medical Record) interface management unit(33) maintains the decision rule and functions as an interface with an EMR system. The EMR interface management unit requests and receives EMR data. A result management unit(34) maintains the type of a result, and transmits various types of result values and result messages to an external system(50).
